The breakfast was all hot and pretty standard hotel food, I would of liked to see a bit more variety but the dinning area was fairly small and cramped so I doubt they could fit more in. The seating was pretty limited too so me and my family had our breakfast in our room.
Speedy and friendly check-in process. Hotel staff was kind throughout the stay. Cleaning team came late in the day so be mindful of that. Breakfast choices were basic.
The staff were very friendly and patient, even when I had to come back to the desk a few times with questions or request some additional toiletries.
We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites with three kids under five. It was about as pleasant as that situation possibly could be, and the staff was very helpful with extra requests :)
Overall, the hotel is functional and will give you a safe, quiet and good nights sleep with no frills.
Very nice staff and hotel. Location was good for me as well the amenities nearby. Will stay again if returning to the area.
Update: originally gave it four stars just because the location isn't the quietest, but the staff is just great. They've gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun and so I'm just going to go ahead and change this review to a full quintuple star bonanza.
We were very surprised by the room. From walking to the room, you wouldn’t think it would be 5 stars. Very very clean, beds are comfy and it has a little kitchenette. Also, complementary breakfast is always nice. Price is definitely fair. The staff was friendly and informative.
Really enjoyed our stay. Noise is there when you face the road, but not as drastic as some previous comments. A little white noise from a phone and you don’t notice too much. Breakfast is nice, the place is modern and clean, staff is nice and accommodating.
One cool thing to note is they actually have grills set up with supplies if you want to utilize them. They are near the pool area.
All and all not a bad little place to rest for a night.
