Courtney the front desk agent was extremely helpful. She walked us to each one of the Suites and we looked at one of the regular rooms. Pretty up-to-date rooms newer furniture roomy and spacious. for the value it is definitely worth it. For a quick stay, definitely not for an extended stay. That's hotel suites are definitely worth the money and nice. There is a pool that is open but not heated. I give this a 5

Nice hotel at an excellent price. Great for a overnight or weekend stay. Nice outdoor pool and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Clean comfortable rooms. The bed was on the firm side and I do suggest to bring your own pillows. Overall excellent stay with no issues with the room or service and a great price.
This place has some potential to be a really nice place above other budget hotels. The pool was huge though it needed maintenance as I cut my foot on an uncovered pipe. It had a garden area. The location was walking distance to several different stores. The night manager Courtney was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make people feel comfortable even though she was understaffed.
I stayed for a week. The key cards worked half the time. The housekeeping staff cleaned my rooms 2 whole days out of 7, and gave me looks after I mentioned it to the front desk. There were drunk people there every night shouting profanities. Someone behind the motel was using a leaf blower starting at 9 pm. Very few electrical outlets, so decide whether you want a lamp or your laptop plugged in. Redeeming qualities: Front desk staff is as helpful as they can be. There was a water purifier by the sink.
The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The hotel is extremely clean, especially compared to the other hotels in the Medford area. The prices are more than reasonable, the beds are comfy, the sheets are clean, the pillows are supportive, yet fluffy, and all in all......
