Our family was traveling from Sacramento to the Oregon Coast for a mini family reunion. We needed 5 rooms near each other for a reasonable price. My wife contacted the Manager Stephenie and had a fantastic experience with her kindness and professionalism. She literally blew us away with how she did everything in her power to arrange everything perfectly for us. Upon arrival, it was clear that the hotel was clean and took pride in its appearance. From the lobby floor to the shower walls in our room, everything was sparkling. All of the front counter staff were extremely friendly and willing to do anything they could to make our stay more comfortable. We had a lot of children in our group and ran out of pool towels early on. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels. Rather than getting to it later, they sent in housekeeping immediately and before I made it back to the pool, fresh towels had arrived!
The only negative issue had little to do with the hotel but it's property adjacent to a city park. Normally I'd consider this a good thing, however this particular park was filled with a dozen or so transients. Bicycles, shopping carts and trash were everywhere. Again, not the hotel's fault but unfortunate none the less.
It was everything you could want from a cheap hotel. Clean and serviceable, but not fancy or extravagant. The front desk staff was friendly and reasonably efficient. Lots of good food options nearby. Not a bad neighborhood. Easy access to the freeway.
A good night's sleep
The location and staff were the best part of this Inn. The breakfast want nearly asgood as advertised or invisioned. The beds are hard, in the room with 2 beds they could put 2 distant firmnesses to ensure customer satisfaction. just a hint from a customer not a paid consultant. But we are open to a party time job.
The hotel is located in a great location, close to many family restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again and may even adjust our future travels to make that easier.
The Best room I have ever stayed in. The whole experience was shockingly amazing. I really appreciate a dust free room. Your staff is excellent. I felt very comfortable.
We did see law enforcement on 2 occasion's check on the park and we're sure hotel staff had something to do with that.
Great customer service. Only complaint is the toilet was dirty and we had to ask them to go clean it. The breakfast could use improvement. They use the premade eggs and they were grossly watery. Coffee was not the greatest. They has orange juice and apple juice, variety of yogurts, cereals, waffles, bacon and instant oatmeal. Rooms are nice. Small tvs but otherwise comfortable space.
