If i could rate 0 i would. first room I was in had mold in the shower, paint peeling in the tub and bathroom sink and a stained toilet seat with poop stains on it. Then they moved me to another room and the bathroom was a bit cleaner. The sheets had blood stains on them and during the night I found a bed bug crawling on my son. There were bed bugs in both beds. Do not waste your money here. When they say 3 star hotel they are lying!
John at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. As I was in a long line to check in, he was dealing with a variety of individuals and situations and he handled them all beautifully. I love that there's a Denny's inside the hotel and your room key gets you 20% off. Also, if you're traveling with kids, the new slides at the pool looked awesome! Inside the room, the bed was comfortable, the bedding appeared to be clean, the towels were newer, the counter next to the sink was covered with toiletries etc. The hallways smelled fowl. The lighting throughout, but especially in the room, made me feel like I was an extra in a horror movie. I was glad I brought slippers and I didn't want to sit on any of the furniture. This property has a lot of potential. If they changed the lighting, replaced the carpet, and threw away some of the furniture in the rooms, I would give this 5 stars.
Stood here only because it was a 3 star hotel online. When we checked in the lady up front was very nice and helpful. However when we were walking to our room the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. We walk into our room which was non smoking and it smelled like cigarettes. Called the front and we were switched rooms. The room smelled better but the rooms paint was peeling. The walls were dirty and the carpet could use a cleaning. Someone near our room was moaning so loud you could hear them in the room. The hallway was scary I didn't feel safe walking alone down it.
One of the nicer hotels Medford. Easy freeway access and easy routes to shopping and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. The beds are new and the bedding spotless. The staff are delightful and eager to please their guests.
Conveniently located by any and everything you think you may need. Clean, nice staff, and a restaurant conveniently attached to the hotel. Unfortunately they have a very spooky hallway that you have to utilize. It would be nice if the lighting was a little bit brighter in the hallway.
To say this is a 3 star hotel is far from the truth. It's more like a 2 or no star hotel.
The breakfast served In the morning was less than appealing. The eggs were microwaved the lady who was working there was coughing while handing food. I've never been to a hotel where they use paper plates and plastic utensils for their guest.
