It was an ok hotel. I would stay again. The food and drinks were great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It wasn't the cleanest or fanciest Hilton, but probably the nicest hotel in town. It was convenient and close to the highway.
Clean, comfortable, quiet...this place is really, really nice! We took the kids and they loved the indoor pool. The bathroom door was one of those new-style sliding barn door type doors...the door was kind of annoying, but could be dealt with. The A/C worked great too. Friendly staff too. Might be kind of expensive, but I am sure they are charging the market rate.
This has been my best hotel experience ever. We wanted to check in 4 hours early and it only took them 25 mins to get our room ready. The entire staff was so sweet, speedy and helpful. They always made sure we were taken care of whether it be the bar, the lobby, or our room. Everyone knew what they were doing and genuinely was happy to be there. I loved that they had fresh cookies available all day at the lobby as well as infused waters. Breakfast was only 10$ a person and they made you anything you wanted in addition to a complimentary buffet. There was one individual that was the best though Mr. Buddy. That man deserves a Raise! Super helpful and sweet, he always made sure we were taken care of. He definitely made an impression on me and my wife and whenever we're in Medford I know where we'll be staying. Thank you for such a great experience everyone! You made this trip for us.
When we first arrived it was an ok experience the guy working the front desk wasn't too pleasant. We were there for my girlfriends birthday and I requested for a special delivery which didn't arrive. Also he didn't even acknowledge my girlfriend being there. The room was really clean and housekeeping did an awesome job, they also left some notes behind after cleaning it was a pleasant touch. Bianca at the front desk when we left was super nice and even said happy birthday to my girlfriend as we left she really turned my girlfriends experience around.
The beds are dreamy like sleeping on a cloud.The housekeeping staff are angels. Not missing a beat and obviously are trained surely for the soul purpose of giving the customer total satisfaction. Super job. Breakfast is fantastic. I was greeted by awesome servers. All of them are on point. And everyone is dressed perfectly. Every one of them make a hell of a team. I am sure that this hotel is the better than any hotel in GA. Kudos. I hope the boss is paying you right. I will be back again and again. Thank you
Totally awesome job to every one that works here. From Amber and Vincent dressed to impress at the front desk. Customer service is astounding and genuine. After 4 pm Sharon is greeting me next at the Garden Grill. This is Wonder Woman. She makes anything you want if it's worldly possible. The guys that are cooking on all shifts are Chef's indeed with the ability to stay consistent no matter who is on the grill. The steaks are cooked to perfection. Mimi and the other waitresses stay busy and you can tell.
