We stayed with 4 kids, and felt welcome. Suites aren't huge, but there was enough room for kids to play on living room floor with their cars/legos.
Very clean and spacious suites. I really like that the bed and sofa are separated by a wall, and that the sink is outside the bathroom. The small kitchenette is also very convenient.
Lobby was clean and looked nice. Room was perfect. Clean room, comfortable beds, a/c worked great. Kids loved the pool. Complimentary breakfast was great, a lot of choices for the whole family. Definitely would stay here again!
This location had a recent Lobby renovation. Very clean and new feeling. Counter staff were very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was decent with fresh fruit eggs, bacon, waffles, toast, Bagels, serial, Etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. No obvious signs of wear and tear on furniture or carpeting.
Overall experience at this hotel was decent. Exterior and interior lobby was well kept and very appealing. Staff was very friendly and offered restaurant recommendations since they did not have one on-site. My issues arose when I entered the hotel room. It was extremely spacious but I noticed much of the furniture was damaged with typical wear and tear. It was most noticeable on the "wood" furniture which led me to believe it was cheap. If you are not one to judge the little things, this is a great hotel for its value. If I was in Medford again I would choose this hotel but I hope to see updates to the rooms in the near future.
Friendly and communicative staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, and the maintenance, everyone was kind and polite. They also have a little store upfront with wine and beer (nice selection). Breakfast is typical hotel fare, pool is nice, and Spa is completely emptied, refilled every Monday which says a lot for cleanliness if you ask me.
They do have a sister property across the parking lot with 2 bedroom suites, however the pool was outdoor so we opted for this place and didn't regret it.
