I had a very good experience. Slight hiccup on my end but they were very understanding and worked with me. A few days later had it all worked out. I would recommend them.
boss didn't like my credit wanted to see my cash,weird. Put it in his pocket and started talking business. I said well I'm going to lunch to think about it can I get my money back. He wasn't happy about that. After seeing these reviews I'm glad I decided against the 2010 Ford escape that had a problem starting but they were going to "fix it". I hadn't even ordered lunch yet and they called saying it was fixed when was I coming back. I told them the boss made me uncomfortable and I didn't need anyone calling me. Yeah very relieved I didn't buy from them.
Went to get a new vehicle today and the sales man the older guy told me I can't test drive vehicles that I cam pick 1 and we can get the paperwork going. Horrible experience I will never give my business to anyplace with such horrible attitudes treating me like an inconvenience to his day!
STRAIGHT UP!! They wont lie to you, no its obvious that they do not care about the customers, its all about that 500$ down they want to put in thier pocket. Forget your concernes after you give them money!! I wish i had never bought a vehicle from these people.
So i recently came in a purchased a car that by "all accounts" was in great working condition. Drove off the lot and within 30 miles check engine light came on. Turns out to be a 1300$ repair. Luckily i negotiated hard and got the car 1000$ below theyre asking price. I would NOT suggest this company for your next car purchase.
