Horrible Experience, Sales staff were rude and not knowledgeable of their product. My wife was treated rudely in person when she went in to look at their selection of vehicles. I called to get information on a vehicle and the person used profanity, which is not professional. When I spoke to the GM Richard, he did nothing about it. By far the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend calling Nissan in Salem or Eugene. You will have a better experience and save thousands versus dealing with rude staff at Lithia Nissan in Medford OR.

Had an excellent experience when buying my car. However, having your car serviced at Lithia Nissan is a slow nightmare. Made an appointment to simply have the cup holders replaced, and they didn’t start working on it for two hours. Then it took them two more hours to complete the job. Defeating the purpose of having an appointment altogether. For the cupholder.... can’t imagine how long people wait when having anything more serious done. Total disrespect of my time.

The service staff was professional and friendly, and I appreciate the thoroughness of the job. I know what needs to be done on my vehicle, and the cost of each maintenance.
