From past experience with my daughter 's car purchase from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Medford , I knew I wanted to go there once I decided on the vehicle i wanted. And they far exceeded my expectations! Even though Jerald was preparing to leave on a family vacation, he made sure everything was completely in order when I arrived and left me in very capable hands. This was the first time I traded in a vehicle, very low miles, great condition... I won't trade in another car after this experience. I had to pay an additional payment on the vehicle I was trading in, because payment for the car was not provided to the company I had been leasing from in a timely manner. That lowered the pay off amount, which was lower than what I was originally told I would receive for my vehicle. So, basically I ended up out an additional $300, and they paid less for my car then what they originally told me they would.
I went to several dealerships, had a horrible experiences that crater Lake Ford. I went to Lithia Dodge and never felt any pressure. The sales people were very helpful and found exactly the right truck for me. Jason Forte and April made it a great experience. I will definitely buy my next car from them .
Lithia steals trade ins. I had a vehicle in great shape. It had a fair market value of 11k. Trade in was 7 k in fair shape.. it was in very good condition. These yahoos offered me 2k for my car. Ive had issues in the past with their service department but for some reason decided to give them another shot..! They are a joke. Never ever again Lithia. I am done with you and will never recommend you to anyone i know.
