I bought a vehicle from them not even a year ago. Has been over heating since I bought it. Which they were aware of. Let them know as soon as it happened. They went as far as putting new thermastats in which i paid for parts and labor said if anything else happened to let them know. Recintly found out it has a blown head gasket. Buyers beware! When I told them all they said was sorry.
Have had this car for less then 5 months & it started making a crazy noise, took it in & was told it sounds like my timing belt & if my engine is also bad could run us $5000 or more but wont Know for sure till next week.
If you are smart dont go to this place. We traded in a great car & put down over $5000 bucks & got screwed!

Haven't driven this car in 6 months. Needs new engine & tranny. Already in it 7000. DONT BUY FROM JC AUTO!

I had simply excellent customer experience and got car great deal better than any other place could offer. I will never shop anywhere else.
Thought I bought a great truck however 6 days later I had to replace a transmission and a radiator, so you be the judge of what kind of vehicles this place sells.

Dont expect a stress free experience like you would at a real dealership & make sure the numbers match what your being told before signing. We were lied right to our face about how much we were gettin for trade in, also highered price of car we bought by 500. Bank later told us the dealer did that to get more of a down payment.
