I was searching for a Toyota Sienna LE and explored different dealerships within Oregon (around 10) but was not much satisfied with them particularly having a bad experience with Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls. Finally, I spoke to Doug Walker on phone and sent him a price and we both agreed on that. I reached there and Doug introduced me to Josh who was very helpful and very fast in processing/documentation and very knowledgeable about the cars. Brian was also a very nice and humble guy, he completed order form to request the other dealership for the car. John Mathew was very quick and gave me some good suggestions for payment. My order request was saying that car will reach in 5 days to the dealership. It was a very good surprise for me when very next day early in the morning around 9 AM I received a call from Josh saying that my car is in the dealership and ready (awesome). I reached there Josh immediately started the paperwork along with Dennis and completed very quickly and they honored their promise of price match and didn't change the price even a single penny. I am very happy about that. Overall my experience is excellent, I will definitely recommend this dealership to colleagues and friends. I recommend this dealership to everybody.
Not really a fan, particularly of the service department. The mechanic who was investigating an issue for me was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff presented themselves as happy and helpful but it came across as fake which is fine, I'm there to have my car fixed not make friends. But when you're charged $130 to have them poke a camera inside your engine compartment and tell you the problem isn't covered by your warranty (which took all of 45 seconds), saying it with a smile isn't particularly helpful. Next time I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else first, regardless of warranty which is utterly ridiculous to have to do.
My experience at Lithia Toyota is uniformly excellent. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark Grossman (my usual "go to" service person) is terrific. He let's me know what what service is needed and what my options are. His advice and service are always thorough and complete and I never feel "up-sold". Good work guys!
I love this dealership because they don't pressure you into making a decision. I came in 3 times over 2 weeks to get details and ask questions. They never once tried to sell me something, until I asked them to. Super nice guys, and they worked out exactly the payment I wanted. Overall, best dealership I've been to in 10 years. I especially want to mention Al Gunn, he is a superb guy and takes care of everything which is going wrong during any deal. I am impressed with his convincing power.
