BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience ever! I purchased a vehicle that I got less than 300 miles out of before the transmission blew. This was after John Criswell (salesman) assured me that it had been inspected and past with flying colors! When I called them to see if they would help (after getting the run around for a week) I was told it's not their problem. Are you kidding me? How do you sleep at night taking advantage of the good people of Southern Oregon? Used car lot SCUM!

I purchased a vehicle from K&B in July of 16. I'm over three thousand dollars in repairs into this vehicle they sold me (2006 GMC Envoy.) I STILL OWE $5,000 ON IT.

Great service and fair pricing. The staff is very friendly and they work hard to get your vehicle fixed. It is a small operation so be prepared to wait but it is worth it. Have not dealt with the sales department yet but they seem friendly when you call or when you walk through the door.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, ONLY IN IT TO MAKE A BUCK. VOTE WITH YOUR WALLETS AND DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. They really perpetuate the used car salesman stereotype!!!
UPDATE: They did call me, asked why I didn't purchase a warranty, said they never heard from me (which is bull, I called several times, as did my mother who spoke to the owner.) Yes it's been eight months but I've had something go wrong with this vehicle every two months!!! The only way I'd be willing to accept their "help" is if they took this vehicle back and gave me what I owe for it (highly unlikely since, you know, THERE'S SO MUCH WRONG WITH IT).

I called them about all of these things as they happened, each time was "Tough luck what did you expect when you bought a used car?" I expected you to not take advantage of a single mom who needs reliable transportation!
