It started out great and the owner was very nice and was looking out for me. I took a friend with me who knew a enough about cars to know what's a good car and a bad car. I thought I got a great deal on my car until everything electrical started breaking. My windows don't work, heater doesn't work and I pick my kiddo up in the evening and the poor things teeth are chattering even with 3 blankets on her, my radio only works sometimes and my lights some time flicker. There was also a very annoying squeak and noise on my brakes I was told it was from the rain, both noises have only gotten worse and come to find I have to replace a few parts that are going to be very costly. $2600 later I regret my decision completely. The people are great the cars not so much.

Also, I was upfront with them from the beginning that I was a student and also own a business and don't get pay stubs. So I was told to provide a years worth of statements showing my income. I provided that info and filled out the application. The feedback they relayed to us was that we were approved and were good to go. Hence, why I have had the car in my possession for two weeks. Recently, I just got another call saying my proof of income is insufficient and they now needed official letterhead from my employer and tax returns. I just laughed inside because I'd be making an "official letterhead" from my own personal business which is hilarious.
Heritage Motors is top notch! I have purchased several vehicles from them and happily continue to do so with extreme satisfaction. There customer service is not only first rate, but they go above and beyond to help their customers treating them like family. I put full confidence behind Heritage Motors that they have been helping people in our community and assuring they have been providing pristine customer service. I would not even consider doing business elsewhere! I would be happy to give a reference!
After finding a vehicle we were interested in they messed up filling out our application to purchase the car. My cosigner and I had to come back to the office to resign papers after already having the car for a few days.
So I took this opportunity to return the car and get out of the deal. There fault for not being more forthcoming to what was going to be needed. I would not recommend dealing with these folks.

The only good thing about this is that I got to "have/use" a car for two weeks with a full tank of gas for FREE. Otherwise, it was the worst car buying experience I've witnessed.
Totally down to earth staff. The owner is a well respected community icon who treats everyone with respect. Staff is also very knowledgeable.
