I came here for some passport photos and had the time of my life. I was offered hot cocoa, I got a foot massage, and I left with a DOPE 1974 split bumper Vette. I wasn't even thinking about buying a car! This is a quality establishment. Better service than the 4 seasons, and more entertaining than the broadway musical CATS. Thanks It's Affordable!!!
If you want to deal with some nice, knowledgeable, guys who aren't going to pressure you I highly recommend them!
It's unfortunate in this industry that as a woman shopping I've been feeling pressured to buy while also being made to feel dumb. This was certainly not the case here. While I brought some guys along with me who knew what questions to ask all answers were addressed to ME since I was the one shopping.
I left rented a car and drove back to Washington... I would never trust this establishment or recommend it to anyone.
I talked With Yancy via email, text, FB messenger and 2 phone calls about buying a truck that was on the lot. I explained that I would be flying in and driving the truck home and asked if he wanted earnest money. Yancy assured me the truck was in excellent mechanical condition and would make the trip back to Washington OK. He also said that he didn't need earnest money... he would hold the truck and complete the transaction with me on Friday. So, I bought a plane ticket and flew down.
When I arrived the truck was in the process of being sold to another Buyer... and for 2,000 more then he advertised to me. Yancy told me that we never talked and he didn't know who I was. I produced all of our communication (email, text, FB messenger and 2 phone calls) that's when he started to tell me that I needed to leave and there was nothing I could do.
While I didn't end up purchasing from them, these guys are really quality.
In a phone call from Yancy to me, he stated "he didn't do business this way" ans wanted to "make it right" by paying for my plane ticket and rental car. I gave him my information and have received no compensation.
Yancy claims to be an Air Force Veteran... so am I. I questioned his Core Values (Service before self, Excellence in all we do and Integrity) at this point he went into his office and called the police.
