Came here for an oil change for my Ford Focus and my experience was excellent! When I walked into the service department all the workers there were all very friendly and helpful and put me in the right direction on getting my oil changed. Also, I expected a $30 or $40 dollar oil change but instead it was less than $25 and it only took 30 minutes to complete. I am very pleased with the service here.
A disgrace to Ford! They charged me $300 and DIDN'T fix my issues (one of which this is the 3rd visit). I was told to bring my truck back the next day. Still no resolution. Said they'd call to set up appointment to bring my truck back AGAIN. That was over a week ago. Still no call, and unavailable when I call them. When I asked about a refund he got belligerent and I felt intimidated! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICE!
Good service but it does seem like they charge me more here to service my truck than other Ford dealerships I've been to.
We are from out of town and dropped in for an oil change on a Ford diesel truck only to find out that they only take appointments. The service writer (Anthony Panacy) was great and fit us in on that day's schedule for the day we dropped in. They also provided us with a shuttle to and from a location while we waited on the oil change. While doing the inspection after the oil change they discovered a leak in the transfer case. They ordered the part and fit us into their schedule a couple of days later and fixed the issue. I also ordered another replacement part that I wanted and they made sure it was in for me as well. We had a great experience with this dealership.
This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever experienced. There was no dancing around the bush with loan interest rates, they were very fair and accommodating. Super happy with the service and my new car!
