This is a great dealership! We've consigned 3 vehicles (a small 2 door, a truck, and a SUV) with them and they've sold all 3 within 30 days of consigning them...for the amount we requested (though they did have suggestions on what they thought we'd be able to get). They are really knowledgeable and able to sell whatever you have to bring them as long as you're reasonable in what you're trying to get. We've purchased 2 vehicles from Western and are extremely happy with both purchases - This is a great honest, family run & operated business!
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. EVERY TIME I GO IN THEY ARE RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ME. THEY MAKE ME WAIT FOR ALONG TIME TO JUST GO GET KEYS FOR A TEST DRIVE AND ACT ANNOYED WHEN I ASK ABOUT MPG. I REALLY DO MY HOMEWORK BEFORE I BUY A CAR AND THEY REFUSE TO TALK LOGISTICS OF CARS. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
