I was looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee to buy from this dealership. When I asked if I could do a test drive they said they needed to do some transmission work. They took my name and and phone number and placed me on their follow up list, saying they would call me and give me first opportunity once the Jeep was fixed. I stopped by a couple days later to check and they said it was still not fixed "but don't worry we will definitely call you". I stopped in today and they said it's bad news... They had trouble fixing it and someone came in and offered to buy it as is, so they wouldn't have to pull the transmission. They never attempted to call me as promised, and even had the nerve to ask me if I would like them to keep an eye out for one and give me a call. With this lack of follow I almost laughed.
I recommend to everyone; if you buy a car from The Used car Factory and have a problem just talk to them and they WILL work with you to resolve what ever problem you are having. i now give the Used Car Factory 5 stars. they not only fixed my problems but put up with me.
The people they are using for the inspections for safety should be watched.
The Used Factory and Terry Anderson , My hat is off to you for putting up with me and taking care of the problems I had with my car. The Used Car Factory didn't realize the people they were using to inspect the car were not doing the job they were paying them to do. I am now very happy with the car.
Updating review; I had the car safety inspected by Crater Lake Ford and they said it needed thirteen hundred dollars in repairs , what happened was Crater Lake Ford didn't power wash the engine or anything they just marked what they thought were the problems were and gave me a bill for the fix, Do not take your car to Crater Lake Ford, but if you do get it checked again to make sure the work was done. Terry Anderson from The Used Car factory had his guys check it out and a sensor was pushing oil out. that simple. Crater Lake Fords report said almost every gasket on the motor was leaking when it wasn't. I apologize for getting upset at The Used factory guys.
After this review post, i talked to Terry Anderson the owner of Used Car Factory, Terry told me to bring the car and they would take care of the problems and give me a loaner car until my car is fixed. I took the car on Monday and Terry met me with a loaner . Terry seems like a straight up kind of guy. The rest of my review will be updated when I see the out come of the repairs. I am glad I talked with Terry.
