They could go through their cars better and make sure that all is well. But for the most part everything was fine. I'm happy and have been for awhile. This is my third car from them.
Thanks for selling my mom a 2012 Chevy Sonic with 66k miles on it for $12k. She loves the car. I love the fact that you guys took a car worth between $6500 for the base and $9300 for the top of the line lowest miles certied pre-owned then somehow sold it for $12k. That takes true skill and a willingness to take advantage of people. She had bad credit but you guys somehow managed to finance her $12k instead of the roughly $8600 at most the car was worth. Amazing. Those finance charges are just the best aren't they. Let you tack on whatever you want to the price. As a disabled veteran I thank you. As the son of a woman who made it through her own terrible father and a terrible husband later and lost her six year old daughter in an tragic accident, I thank you. You surely sensed that she had not had enough of a struggle yet. Her mind being taken up with so much heartache she surely had no defense against a good con man. You should be proud of this deal. You made so much money maybe you can buy a conscience. I hear they go for about three grand. Maybe that was your plan.
One star because I cant give a negative star. I cant even explain how terrible this company is. But even if I could it wouldn't matter, because they prey on people who have no other options. They have made it perfectly clear that Its all my fault that they sold me a lemon of a vehicle. Because If I didn't have bad credit I wouldn't have had to go there. Which is a really terrible way to treat people that are paying you 10 times what a car is worth. So now here sits my POS car that I have payed over TEN THOUSAND dollars on, and owe another TEN THOUSAND on....not running AGAIN. Within the first month I had to replace all 4 bald tires and take it back to have the motor mount fixed. Then within 6 months the alternator. Then some electric issue, then the battery. Then it stopped running again. I called to explain to them that its pretty ridiculous that in the 2 years I have had it, ive put less then 1300 miles on it because there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT!! After they told my husband he was not my husband and therefor couldn't call on my behalf, the lady told me that I wouldn't have to deal with this if I didn't have bad credit. When my husband called back to inform the lady that I was so upset with the way she spoke to me that i was crying, she informed him that women cry all the time, and again that he was not my husband. I assume the manger listened to the call, they called me back saying they were going to fix the problem. They towed the car into town, took them over two weeks to fix it and then made me sign the money onto the back of my loan before I could pick it up. Which at that point i was wiling to do because I needed a vehicle...which they count on. The mechanic told me he was told to do the bare minimum to get it running, and even that cost me another thousand dollars on the already outrageous amount i owe on the thing. Not even a month later i didn't get six miles down the road with my entire family in the car before all the gauges are flashing and its smoking and wanting to stop running. So I get it home and there is oil EVERYWHERE!! Something blew! And within the day the NEW battery was completely dead, making it the 4th battery fried in the last 2 years. So now, they are calling everyday looking for this car, that they cant find because the battery is dead so the tracker wont work.....I know everyone has a sob story, I know that I have bad credit, but I also know that I do not deserve to be treated like scum. But again, because this company counts on people who have no other options, it doesn't matter what I have to say.... They get away with it and will continue to. They have my address, if they want this POS they know where to find it, I refuse to have anymore contact with these people.
They were very honest with us. They have also helped us get our credit up nicely. They have to charge more. Obviously. We have been paying our car for a year and a half now on a malibu and have never broke down. They never tried to hide anything from us. But you also have to listen to the when they talk and understand the interest rate. They are great to us and always have been! Thanks guys!
Had some problems with the car I got from them. Even though the 30 days had past I was still under a 1000 miles. Took it back to talk to them about it.
