My mistake I wasent patient to allow the time for them to take care of it and they are so I take back any wrong review that I have given them and would say I'm not the only one in this world for me to expect it to revolve around me so I give them a good review and I am sorry.the owner of the company has taken care full of the legal procedures. They responsible took care of my car estimates taken care of my warrenty problems and going to stick me in a vehicle better suitable for me. This place has got my respect for their customer service efforts on making sure they took considerate provision for my dispute.thank you in this car company deserves 5 star creditials. P.s the manager is picking me up in taking me to replenish my deal with a new vehicle from the last one thank u good deal god bless.
Looked all over Oregon and Northern California for my truck that every dealer said I would never find. They had what I was looking for and within my price range Awesome team of employees to work with. Truck had a couple quirks but that’s expected buying used but they even took care of them for me. The place might not look like much if your just driving by, but take the time to stop in and look. My experience went so well my buddy that went with me to get my truck even bought one while we were there. Hopefully they stay in business a long time because they will be my first stop next time I am looking to buy!
The owner was very nice and helpful. He didn't get pushy when I mentioned I was only looking.
If your not rich they treat u bad. I walked in got ignored and the funny part was it's because I looked poor lol I make more money then any of them little did they know I walked in with 15000 dollars cash to buy a car never going there again. If you won't bad service this is the place to go. It's funny how u make excuses like you were to busy when I came in I went into the office and there were 3 guys there and only 1 of them were busy. So I went to copland autosales way better and they got me the vehicle I wanted. My advice is don't go to schroder go to Copeland. Yea I do realize that and we made the extra drive because of the good service. Think this is fake. Lol love how you argue the fact you have poor service that just proves my point. There are reviews for a reason.
These guys are old school. Honest guys, they are not pushy, nor do they try to upsell you. Tell them your budget, they will find you a nice, reliable car. I am 57 years old and this has been the best car buying experience in my life. This is a place where a handshake means something.
