Great selection, a bit pricey but the it's the only toy store in Medford, what do you expect? Last time I brought my niece here, it was "Geoffrey Day" and she got to meet and get a photo with Geoffrey the Giraffe. They had toys set up, it was pretty awesome. We had a good time.
This is a pretty old location with out-of-date fixtures...which I love. They still have the class cases for game console displays and the little booth at the front of the store you visit to get your game.
I've worked big-box retail for a long time and I know the trouble with getting product and building upgrades. This location makes up for the shabby building and sometimes lacking inventory with quality customer service. Their prices are still better than Amazon!
