While traveling recently through NorCal and Oregon I found myself urgently needing some new tires. Any concern I might have had as an out-of-towner that might get taken advantage were quickly put to rest by Hansen's and their family run business. I can't say enough about how gracious, quick, and affordable they were! Within an hour they got me back on the road so I could rejoin my group of riders on our multi-day trip. Best dealer shop experience ever!
My go-to shop, to be clear, I ride an extra 150 miles each way everytime I have my bike serviced. They earned my loyalty over a warranty issue in 2009, and I see them doing the same outstanding service for each customer everytime that I am at the shop. They understand customer service, they're straight shooters and are a pleasure to deal with.
Bought some superb Michelin street/track tires while passing through Medford. Hansen's offered internet competitive prices for the tires (RS's) and made time to mount them even though they were super busy before the Laguna Seca weekend. I will definitely shop there again.
