This may just be a pet store to buy food and items for your pets for most, but to me this is buying my loving family member and best friend who relies on me to provide them a good life!

I enjoy that they take the time to chat with you when having time to do so. They generally know my name by now and I always have a good chat.
The customer service and knowledge is something I expect, but rarely you get both consistently. I am so glad that they stand behind my brand of dog/cat food (Acana & Orijen) as it says a lot about how much they care about the quality supplies they sell by the brands they choose.
I used the dog bath i liked the water nozel towels are old and matted no brushes to work soap in blow dryer is cold air and pricey compared to other self wash places in area and their should be some sort of dicount for using own shampoo
We love this place for our dogs Tamra Jean & TObY, they love it. The people are super nice. & very gentle. And they always have free treats for our babies.
Love my dog's groomer! She's so loving & compassionate to each of the pets in her care. do not / will not take Nala anyone else. We travel 3 hrs since we moved to have Cassandra groom her.
They carry the brand of dog food I buy and are always very nice and helpful.
The owner is usually present which is a rare find, and the associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as they should be for these high end quality pet foods and products.
I pay $50 a month on my 6lb dog, but never had anther digestive issue going on six months straight!!! (Never happened!!!!) I am stoked and so is she every time she eats as if it's something new since the first time!
