Worst experience ever x3. The last three to four times I have been in the sales people stay behind the desk and do not greet customers or answer questions at all. This time was the last straw! My fiancé being the sweet man that he is bought me a sexy corset however their large is like a size 4 and I am a size nine so it didn't fit. He lest the salesperson, who we now know is the manager, that he was apprehensive on the sizing and she said nothing about the no return policy. We went to exchange and there was nothing in a realistic American size so I decided to return, which we now know is not possible. Had the manager mentioned at all that it was not able to be returned my intelligent fiancé would have waited to find something a little more reassuring. I mean come on! Have you ever tried on a bra that didn't work? Were you able to return it? Same F***ing thing! I will never shop at spencer's again!
