No service, Call the number and it goes to voicemail box that has not been set up. If this were a business without the base that is given to them they would be out of business.
45 minute wait time if you try and call for information and then you may not have your call answered.
Paid over $20 an hour, these are quite possibly the worst workers of an industry. Terrible, "poor us" attitudes. Continually deliver mail for people who haven't lived here in years, but they won't deliver packages in my maiden name. Junk mail, sure. Important mail, no. Won't deliver packages to my door if the parcel locker is full. Won't deliver at all if they are running late and will mark the package "undeliverable as addressed." At my work, they wouldn't deliver mail because the previous owner didn't leave a key for the mail drop and wouldn't acknowledge the business address. We had to get a mailbox through a 3rd party shipping company instead. Made threats about the request to deliver to the door. Special snowflakes, all of them.
No one ever answers the phone there and you can never check to see if they have your package. The voice mail always says full and you can not leave any information and you will never be able to speak to a live person. With the post office making money and always raising postage, can't someone like a simple operator be hired to work there. Also the USPS will never deliver a box to my home and I don't know why. I don't understand why they refuse to ever answer a telephone. Someone should look into this and fix it!
