Had problems with Sirius radio called Casper because that's where we bought it (almost out of warranty). We were in Robstown TX They said call local dealer just so happens it to is a lithia dealer told them the problem said it would be week and a half before they could look at it. Now it's out of warranty and going to cost me damn near $600.00 will not be going back to a lithia dealer

Never purchase anything from Lithia. They will not fix your car properly and they do not care if they endanger the lives of small children. I tried contacting their corporate office after Lithia did just that. They wouldn't even respond to me. I will never buy from Lithia again and I am telling everyone never to do business with a company that tries to illegally over charge, does not keep service promises ever, does not fix your car properly, and does not care about endangering kids. Good luck if you ever have to deal with these crooks!

Your Medford Honda store sold us a used 2014 Ford explorer that is a complete lemon. It's basically a 500 dollar a month car payment that is not drivable. While my wife was in tears in the show room talking about it, the short haired brunette was mocking her behind a corner while giggling with other employees. She did not see me and know I was the husband of the woman she was mocking until I stated that it was not right to mock people in distress. I'm short, this location is unprofessional and when the manager was told, he told me she was "trying to be helpful." No. I know when someone is mocking another person. Basically you suck.

Melinda in Customer Relations is the best. Thank you for resolving my issue at your Honda dealership it is nice to deal with someone who cares about the customer! You are a jewel in the ruff for sure. Sadly to say, and I do mean sadly, I will not be back to that dealership to have anything done except an oil change. This last experience was way over the top.

Be very careful with buying from Lithia, especially their Subaru dealer in Reno, NV. My dad was visiting me and bought a 2017 Legacy and the sales guy told him it had 2 keys. We unfortunately believed them and after papers were signed were told there's only one key but we can get a second for $250. Now they can't produce a title, which means he can't even register the car. We asked in advance if they could handle an out-of-state transaction and, of course, in their greed, they assured us it'd be no problem. Clearly that was horribly incorrect. Nothing but excuses for a month now. AVOID!!!
