More than 3 months ago I had a tree service give me an estimate on cutting down standing dead madrone and doing stump grinding. I was totally in agreement with waiting until after the fire season to have this done. Note that the total cost involved more than $1,000. I called the same company last week to find out when I was scheduled since I heard nothing. I was told that I would get a call; one week later-- no call. I then called Will Danielson at Advanced Tree Service and received a call back within the hour + a site visit for an estimate in writing. Will said he could do the work sometime next week. This is like night and day with the many businesses in the Rogue Valley where there is no follow-up and poor response to phone calls. I will give a follow-up review after Will does the work next week.
I'm Impressed with Everything about Advanced Tree Service ! I called to see about getting an estimate on Sat. 10/07/17 at 3 PM. 15 minutes later the owner, Will was pulling into my driveway and gave me an estimate that relieved my anxiety about price. It's now 9:30 AM Wed. 10/11/17 and the Professional Advanced Team just left my Home and " They are a hard working Well oiled machine ". I'm looking out my front window and couldn't be happier with everything. Thank You !

These people recommended we cut down the tree in our yard. It had something growing on it and some of the branches were weak..... but I think it would have been fine if it had stayed. It was the only shade tree in our yard, and now our yard is a boiling shadeless mess. I know there are ways to treat sick trees, but these men didn't recommend that. They wanted to go straight for chopping it down (which is more expensive) which makes me think perhaps they wer up selling needed to chop it down prematurely.
I needed large & tall dead trees removed from inside a fenced area. The work was scheduled quickly and the trees were removed safely and without damaging the fence. I am very pleased with the service and will call them again if I have tree issues.
