Came in, great welcomed response especially from the shop dog. Felt comfortable with my inexperience asking questions about my bike, maintenance, equipment, and insight of riding. Very friendly and knowledgeable, patient, and outgoing, even while working on bikes.
So to begin with they told me the wrong price so when i went in there i had to talk to a manager to get him to fix it as they were charging me 20 percent more than had been agreed to. Now the head cashier becomes irritated because his mistake was caught. He started acting very rudely and trying to justify why it cost more but i know if i get a price that i agree to that's what I'm paying. It's not my fault your employee sucks at math and can't add up simple addition. In the end they treated me horribly for asking you be charged what they told Mr it would cost. Ill never go there again and unless you like being treated like crao for no reason i don't recommend anyone how there ever again. Terrible shop. And after checking there work i would rate it below average. They told me they did hours of work on it but i see no difference in performance. All in all never go here.
Staff is very friendly & very well trained. I bought a 2008 STUMPJUMPER 29er comp HT from an associate at my work. It was in pieces cause he wanted to powdercoat his frame. Parts were swapped out, missing, even the bottom bracket I installed was the wrong size. FISH & RYAN were immidiatly able to diagnose my shifting problem & fix it that day. I personally could not be happier with their service. P.S. don't powdercoat your frame unless you can find aftermarket stickers. Due to patent laws in the US it will be hard to re-order your original stickers.
Awesome shop. Marty is a great guy and was willing to help me rent a bike. I can't thank him enough, I had been dying to do "Ride the Rim" day

Snotty customer service, went elsewhere. Asked what a tune up would run, was looked down at and told "It depends on what it needs!"
