Dr. Harder and the other vets at VCA Jackson Animal Hospital have been truly amazing for our family. I have been going to this place for cats and dogs both for 10 years and have always been treated with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I have used at least 6 different vets in Southern Oregon over the last 15 years and this is the place my family has landed for our pet care. Is it the cheapest place? No, but it's also not the most expensive and the quality of care matches and exceeds the cost, in my opinion. I've had poor vet care that ended up nearly killing my dog in the past and ended up costing me three times as much as it would have to get it done right the first time by these guys. Highest possible recommendation!

After calling 4 other vet offices who couldn't fit us in, VCA Jackson worked us into their full schedule and was able to remove the foxtail with only sedation! They were kind and professional and treated Moose so well! Thank you so much!

I have been taking my cat, Chuck Norris, to Dr. Chilton to help get her health records up to date for overseas travel. Dr. Chilton is patient (get it, patient, haha) and takes time cover all of the information needed and answer questions (which is lot). The front desk staff and techs are always friendly and efficient. There is no pressure to purchase unneeded tests or premium items, and each time I walk out shocked at how reasonable my bill is.

A nice surprise the staff was very friendlly and took great care of my boy. The vet was great he needed some stiches and she listened when I told her did not need to be sedated that a local anesthetic was fine. I was in n out in less 1 hr and I expected the bill to be alot higher being it was on Saturday and was an emergency hospital. They even called the following Monday to see how he was doing and if I had any questions to feel free to call them. I will use them as my vet even though it's a 1.5 hour drive.
