They lost appointments, split appointments up so we had to come back two days later.. It was a mess I'm glad we got out of there and went to Ashland.
Hagloch delivered my first daughter and had eased my stress by being her wonderful, warm, and goofy self. I've since been back and as she does not deliver anymore I chose to have Dr. Freeman for my second delivery (I was nervous as it was a male doctor) and he rocks!! I have never had a bad experience from the front desk, ultrasound tech, MA's, Midwife's, etc... everyone is very warm and welcoming. Robin, the scheduler, is amazing and will go out of her way to say a quick hello as she always remembers you. Thank you :)
Horrible service from the doctor and ultrasound. When we were at our ultrasound the lady (without even consulting a doctor) tells my husband and I our child has clubfoot. We had no idea what that was or if it was serious. She told us to google it and she went on to tell us the gender and what not. I started crying and couldn't stop until I called my mom in the parking lot and she calmed me down and said the baby was fine and completely fixable.
Our doctor was also bad we waited forever in the office and when she finally came in she left again to take a phone call.
I have to say the nursing staff here should get a 5 star review. I don't remember the nurse that I dealt with but she was amazing. Now, for the 1 star is based ONLY on Dr. Galfky. This man is the most incompetent, cold hearted, worthless dr I have ever had to deal with. Without doing any type of examination or any type of testing this man had the nerve to come in an tell me I miscarried and to go back to work the same day and walked out. I'll am so irate with the lack of ethic this dr has shown and do not trust him with my health let alone the health of a poor inoccent baby to be.

Dr Hagloch is such a caring and warm doctor. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable. She will spend as much time with you as needed and answer every question you have. She will discuss all options with you and help you make an informed decision about your health care. Her staff is always pleasant and attentive. I personally feel she and Dr. Fife are miracle workers after having surgery, they gave me my life back. She is the best doctor I have seen in my lifetime.
