The front desk people are the worst. I asked how long I would have to wait since I was a walkin, the desk person told me the nurse is with a patient and will see me after. More than 30 minutes later, 4 more people were seen before me, one of them walked in after me.
The nurses and front desk staff are very competent in their jobs. They're informative and helpful. Make an appointment if you want to be seen on time.
Planned parenthood is by far the worst place I've ever been to. I had to drive down there because they wouldn't call or answer about my results after four days of waiting. When they finally answered they said they couldn't give me my results yet and that if they hadn't called me yet it's because "No News is Good News". Hate this place so much.
Came in 5 mins late and they couldn't see me. They're incredibly rude and are incapable of their jobs.
