I'm planning an addition to my house. They provide me with information of contractors to help me with my project and also the estimate of the items I'm planning to get for the addition.
Called to verify they had door we needed in stock before we made a hour drive up. Had to ask for help finally Charlene came over said she would be just a minute helped several more people that walked up after me then informs me they don't have the door we need and that she had a more expensive door that would also require us to but a new locket. I told her I was not happy she said sorry walked off. Customer service tried to help but we ended up just going back to home depot. Done shopping at Lowe's always a bad experience.
Great store and great prices. I rated a three for this reason: I waited more than 10 minutes for help although the robot announcement kept calling for help on store PA system. Other people also experienced a wait with me. I then walked over to another area only 2 isles away to find a worker doing their section and not checking to see if anyone got help. The whole time 2 old men were pushing the service button. Just because its 6:30 pm is no excuse to be under staffed especially during the holiday season.
Customer service is the worst. When you buy something and need help loading never anyone around to help. Ask for help and they will walk buy and help the person beside you. I rather drive to Phoenix to home depo to get good customer service.
