Most of the employees seem to know what they are talking about but some of them are a little rude. I filled out the form for them to design a sprinkler system for our yard and they quoted almost $1500 for the whole system, we do have a large yard with a lot of corners that requires more sprinklers but that price seemed pretty high to me. I went home and designed my own system with the same amount of sprinklers and bought my material from another local business and got it all done for less than $700. It was definitely worth shopping around
They do NOT answer their phones, called over a dozen times, drove all the way across town and watched them not answer phones deliberately. You cannot talk to someone to ask a quick question you have to take a number and stand in line. Spent almost 45 min there waiting only to find out they don't have what was needed, complete waste of time.
This is a great place for home improvement projects when you need guidance to ensure success. Took a number at the service counter for personal service & was helped within a few minutes. A much better experience than a big box stores; if only all of the gas line fittings & adapters I was sent home with worked for the clothes dryer I was trying to hook up it could have been a perfect 5-star rating.
