Went to get a handle replaced on our chainsaw, they came up with 200$ in repair fees, when we decided it would be cheaper to buy a new one they hit us with a 35$ teardown(shakedown) fee. The lady in front of us had come 2 hours to pickup something she had reserved, and the salesman just says he hold them all immediately after she got off of the phone with him.
