Just had it with these guys no service whatsoever.

Absolutely terrible service. Had a system set up in my business and was running into some problems with the door opening when someone walked past with the key bopper in their pocket. Stanley never helped with the issue and I lost clients who were nervous that someone could come in because the doors weren't secure at night. I recommend going with another company for sure.
Customer service for Stanley CSS is terrible. The quality of service for my account has plummeted ever since Stanley took over the Sonitrol/Vyanet brand names. Go with another company for your security needs.
