We were ignored and then after a an hour and a half we were told to go to a different store because they were going home even though they were open for another 2 and a half hours if I could rate this place any less I would the store in the mall is way better at&t you should really re do this store even the manager Blatantly ignored us and acted as if we didn't exist your loosing so much customers from this store
They made me wait behind 7 other people that had been waiting for a much longer time and made me wait for 15 minutes with a broken phone that wouldve taken 5-10 minutes to replace anywhere else. There was only one associate on the main floor (seriously just one for 7+ people) my guess is everyone else was hiding in the back playing their phones.
Any help I need I now know I can come here an either Jacob or Andre will take care of it... No questions asked... Thanks so much for making my life easier
This time I was there so my old phone could be transferred to the new phone because it was defective. However, in doing so more than 50% of my pictures were dropped even though I specifically asked the young man if the pictures would continue to download even after we hit the delete button to stop the old phone. He said yes, but sadly, that was not the case and more thsan 50% of my pictures were lost. I know now that i should transfer anything i really want to my computer from now on, even so called " experts" cant be trusted. I was there under 2 hours this time tho...barely.
Staff is good. Had problems with putting a phone on military hold. Under trained on company policy regarding these things. 3 trips the first time and 2 the second to get it handled.
