I worked with Alisa and Dakota and Athena. They are 100% THE BOMB!! Would recommend anybody looking to switch to go to this store and work with any of these representatives! Will make sure to come to this store and not any other!!!
Athena was friendly and extremely helpful. Very professional and personable - a true customer service representative! Explained everything clearly and showed me a variety of options for my phone upgrade. She went above and beyond to help handle an issue / problem without blowing me off or telling me to call a number, unlike the Grants Pass store. Great experience.
Could only give me the number to customer service so I could call them myself to fix the issues I was having. The service person was very nice though.
