I went to the bogo sale at the grants pass location, bought some shoes and a bag for 40$. Two weeks later I mysteriously have an unauthorized transaction on my accout for 200$ by Payless Corporate! Oh but the best part is, there is nobody at Payless Corporate Office to speak to about their illegal use of my account. I wont ever shop here again. Buyer Beware!

I used to shop here all the time growing up and it's always been great for customer service, but payless's shoe quality has gone down severely, sadly. They still have a few good deals, but they don't sell long lasting shoes like they used to.
