The customer service was amazing! I was in need of some quality sandals that met all of my comfort and style needs, and they had just the pair! Only problem was that they don't carry my size. I'm a size 5 women's or 36 European size. They only carried size 37, which is a 6. However, I really liked them and the customer service punched an extra hole in the strap that wrapped around so that they fit Perfectly! Not to mention that after the sale, they were 65% off! They made my shoe shopping day!!!
TL;DR Never buying shoes, boots or sandals online again! The personal experience and knowledge of the product went beyond anything I could find online. Then Dave price matched and I walked out of the store with brand spanking new hiking boots....no waiting for the mailman Dave....you rock!
I went into Johnson Shoes to get sized up on some new hiking boots I had already researched online. I just needed to know what size I was to avoid the returns headache I've gone through so many times in the past. Then I met Dave. Dave's depth of knowledge and personal experience with every brand and model of boot I was looking at blew me away. He save me from spending $150 on the wrong boot! When it came to the price, he sat there while I looked up the best pricing online and then matched it. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!

Four times in the past 3 months we have been in the store to buy shoes. Each time, Dave-the Manager has helped us. EVERY TIME HE HAS BEEN VERY UNFRIENDLY, won't look you in the eye and doesn't talk to you! This kind of unfriendliness is definitely driving us away!
