Got suggested to give it a look while near one of the hotels. Could be a lovely park but it was full of dozens of transients just shooting up and smoking crack in broad daylight. One person was drying their clothes on the memorial wall and another had used the area near the flowers as a toilet.
I only ever see derelicts congregating here. I dunno, maybe they're veterans and I shouldn't judge.
