Completely overrun by transients.
A scary place to walk through do to a lot of homeless people that will harass you, seems that being across the street from police station that it would be a safe place for tax payers to enjoy
This used to be a nice park. Now it's full of transients. I parked my vehicle on Holly to walk to a close restaurant and, within 5 minutes, a crowd (from the park) was casing my car. All of the benches, tables, and spots under the gazebo were full of people drinking, smoking, and doing Lord knows what. I would never, in a thousand years, go there with my kids or by myself.
Dirty, needles and human feces. People sleeping everywhere. Uncomfortable just walking through it.
Not a big park at all, plus lots of homeless people hang out there.
