I highly recommend Dr. Oliva and his staff if your needing any eye care!
I have to admit the building is beautiful. I had an urgent medical condition and my first encounter was with Dr Jorizzo on a Saturday. He is a wonderful caring Dr. Most of the other staff is wonderful. Service was very quick. My 3rd visit was with Dr Olivia who was a complete jerk. Condescending man who basically accused me off being noncompliant with my medications. He was not very friendly at all. The assistant that came in with him had almost the same flat affect. Will drive all the way to Eugene if there is no other cornea specialist available. He basically ruined the whole experience and it's to bad his attitude has affected my review of the whole establishment.
I CANNOT even rate this establishment with even ONE star. I was asked to leave and not return for reasons that I was falsely accused of. Highly dissatisfied!! I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.
Cataract surgery was awesome with Dr. Oliva. Did not realize how bad my eyes were until I had this done at their suggestion. Very pleased with Medical Eye Center and highly recommend Dr. Oliva if you need this done.
I recently had LASIK with Dr.Oliva and it was a wonderful experience. The whole process was seamless from pre op to post op. I felt very at ease the whole time. During the procedure one of the technicians held my hand the entire time as Dr. Oliva walked me through the surgery. I felt very taken care of. The surgery itself was painless and my vision is great, I am beyond happy with my outcome. I would do the whole process over again if I had too.
I recently had lasik surgery at the Medical Eye Center by Dr. Welling and I am beyond happy with my experience and results. His supporting staff of technicians were all so nice and comforting during the whole process of appointments and on day of surgery. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring doctor for a surgery I had been waiting for for so long because I was a bit nervous. His lead technician Juanita was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained in great detail before my surgery and I felt very cared for. On the day of my surgery I felt relaxed and everyone was super reassuring. Dr. Welling made me feel very comfortable during the surgery, talking me through it all. My results were outstanding and I can see perfectly now. I would highly recommend Dr. Welling to anyone needing eye care including Lasik.
