Today I visited the Rogue Valley Mall Zumies and walked to the checkout counter to ask an associate a question. There was a young man waiting at the counter playing on his phone and another behind the counter who was on the computer. We waited next to the person on the phone and attempted to ask our question of the person behind the counter. After 5-7 minuets of being ignored we found out the person on their phone was an employee!! There were multiple people on shift but only one person was assisting customers and the other two young men in the store were doing nothing and completely ignored our multiple questions though the store was packed with people. I don't know if there was a manager or if one of these kids WAS the manager but there needs to be some serious changes to the customer service at this location before I or my husband go back in the future.
