My only complaint is that this place can sometimes get kind of ghetto. Meth-head types at the later hours, etc. This isn't the poor employees' fault. But I was there one night when a person did a grab-and-run out the emergency exit, and it's a good thing I am not a vigilante, because that person deserved to be chased and caught. But unfortunately, the beleaguered employees just seemed like they were extremely used to this type of thing. It discourages me to know that these stupid thieves are affecting their shrinkage, which then affects prices. Keep prices low and DON'T STEAL!
Great prices, selection and just fun to look through everything. Sometimes you leave with nothing and sometimes a basket full!
It's a great place to shop but, I rarely find what I need when I look for a specific item. If you're just in the mood to go treasure hunting, you will always find something to Delight you!
This Ross typically has a generous clearance section, and although their shoe selection has been thin lately, I've been there when they had a ton of great shoe brands. I've gotten Kate Spade rain boots, Sperry snow boots, Teva sandals, and this is just the beginning. I also love their athletic clothing...such great deals on Adidas, North Face, and more.
Well guess what , the Shoes were gone and nobody knew anything about it .
So I went back-to the fitting Room where they told me that's where they place all their holds and the lady there took them and tossed them in a basket and said that they Would-be there until close .
Friendly staff.. especially Cody at the register. Such a sweet man.
Great customer-service I looked for the shoes myself on the floor .I did find them somebody had put them back .

As a shopping addict, this is a place I frequent. I think pretty highly of this Ross, as I moved from the Happy Valley/Clackamas area just over a year ago, and my local Ross was typically very picked over, with lots of open space on the racks, small clearance section, subpar shoes, etc.
I came in about 6:00 to look for some dress shoes for my daughter ,We found some they were the only size and the only color there wasn't any more shoes like it .
When I got to the register I realized I did not have my wallet with me ,So I asked if they could hold the shoes, and i would run home for my wallet .
I asked you don't need my name or anything? The lady assured me that they Would-be there when I came back .
