First time "selling" items ... (1:17pm) took in an entire basket of maternity clothes (most from motherhood maternity, a couple purchased from their store) and an entire basket of new/like new baby clothes. Per their website they are always looking for maternity clothes, so I assumed they would purchase most, if not all, of them. Nope! The young snotty girl behind the counter (who obviously has never been pregnant and knows what is comfortable/stylish for a pregnant momma) put 85% of the items in the "non purchase" basket!! As I was waiting, she rudely told me I could leave and they would call with the amount they were giving me for my stuff, so I didn't even get to see which baby items they were going to keep ... fast forward to 8:38pm, I get a voicemail stating they will give me $25!!! $25??! Your kidding me right?!!!
Bought an item, was supposed to get 25% off. When I got home I realized that the discount had not been applied so I gave them a call. They said the only way they could fix it is if I drove all the way back to the store and brought the receipt and the item and they could fix it. I have a 2 year old so it's not so easy for me to drive back to the store and I asked what if I couldn't make it back today, she said sorry there's nothing they could do, When I made the purchase with my phone number and store credit they still couldn't do anything? That's straight bulls*#t if you ask me!!! Honestly it has completely turned me off of that place
For dance!!!! Thank you!
Wow fast and had what I needed
Great place for good clothes. They have amazing sales too. I love that you can sale your kids clothes for store credit and buy your kids more clothes that way.
I left my laundry basket there after selling/donating things and when I called back to see let them know I was treated terribly. The manager Chantell informed me that she pays her employees to do a job and not babysit my stuff sand that it was probably donated. These people need some serious customer service training, I am disgusted with how they treat people who regularly sell but MOSTLY donate to them. A simple "I am sorry that happened, let me look into it for you and get back to you" would have gone a long way! Pretty basic people.
The items they "won't buy" will be donated to a non-profit, which I know they get a receipt for for tax purposes ... and the items they did buy (which I have NO CLUE exactly which ones those are since they don't approve your items right away or in front of you, which IMO is BS!) will be sold at new prices.
I will NEVER GO BACK, to buy or sell! EVER! So so so disappointed with every aspect of my experience! And sickened to know that I'm not the only one who has been ripped off and had such a terrible experience doing business there!
