Had oil changed. No bathroom available!! Had my oil changed at 8am and nothing is open till 10. They need a bathroom for the waiting room!!!
These guys will do anything to get out of having to do their job- The last time (an the last time I will ever go) the manager was condescending and rude- starting an argument with me when I told him one of my wheels was wobbling at high speed after my last rotation (the only reason I kept going was for the free rotations with my tire purchase). Another time the sent me out after a rotation with NO brakes. A mechanic at another shop showed me that my brakes were essentially gone, I told him I had just had my tires rotated, he was confounded why the tire center (who sell brakes) did not even mention it to me! (this is a highly dangerous "skate" on their part). I have also had stuff disappear out of my glove box when taking my vehicle there. and once I waited 3 hours (2 past what they told me). I was the only person in the waiting area, and when I finally asked WTF, they were like "oh, your vehicle has been ready for a while". no apology, no nothing (not even water or coffee). Screw this place-
Ordered in six tires...no problem ..staff was calling to confirm. Thatmy tires came in three days early..set my appointment..and did it on time..great job..and did a salty check because they new I was heading for canada..gave me and my lady a ride to the mall also....
Ordered in two tires for my car and was told no deposit required and that I would have them within a week. Never received a phone call. Called back two weeks later and was told a deposit was required before they would be ordered.
Very disappointed these guys can't even figure out what it takes to order tires for a Honda.
