Called in trying to get a price quote, and the receptionist said they value their work so much that their rates are higher than everyone else's...Never gave me a quote though, just that they're better. I did find out however, that my calls to every other auto shop in town gave a much better initial impression.

Broke down passing through Medford. Found the guys at Jantzer Automotive, had my van towed there and they took care of me with a timely repair at a fair price. Got out of Medford that afternoon.
Jantzer Automotive is just minutes from my home. Jason the owner is a stand up Christian guy, and treats his customers fairly. Fair prices, excellent work. I trust my life with his repairs. Think about your car and it could mean your life if you had bad repairs at another mechanic's shop. Austin one of his employee's is also right on the money.
