What a great crew at this Discount Tire Store. From the time we walked in until the time we left they were taking care of business. I had some warranty tires that needed changed and Kyle crawled under my truck to check them out and saved me 44.00 per tire. They went across town and got two more tires for my trailer to keep us from having to wait. Had back on the road in just over a hour.
I had some snow tires installed here today. I am a retired master mechanic so to say that I am picky is an understatement. I watched them install my tires and was surprised to see that they didn't cut any corners and even took the time to do the little things that they don't really have to. The service writer took the time to apologize for the time it took but to be honest they took less time then I estimated they would. I was very happy with the service and would without a doubt recommend Discount tire over Les Schwab.
I don't just throw out five stars very often, you really have to earn them. I had an issue with my truck and they closed at 6. It was approaching 6:30 and I saw some people still there. I asked if they could look at it and they didn't hesitate to pull it in the shop and see what they could do. In had planned on getting an off road tire, but at my usual tire store. The service that they provided that night was unmatched. I went back to them the next morning and bought a new set of aggressive tires. Lucas the assistant manager was amazingly helpful. This will be my new "usual" tire shop.
Less than impressed with my service for multiple reasons. First off, made an appt, showed up 30 minutes early and an hour later my vehicle was still where i parked it. After they got my tires on and my new spare back in place they told me they were having trouble getting it back in and had to use my stock tools that are under my rear seat. What they failed to mention was that they DID NOT RESECURE MY CHILDRENS CARSEATS!!! They put them back in place as if they weren't removed. Discovered that after getting home as my children are just old enough to get in and buckle up on thier own. Less than impressed with this store.
I have been a 10 yr customer of Discount Tire and keep coming back as they have excellent customer service and prices. Yesterday I bought a set of tires at the new store in Medford and had great experience, they are very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.
