I will never again use Alamo, and certainly would never advise anyone to use the Alamo Airport Medford agency.
It was a Ford 150- 4 wheel drive truck, while we only wanted an economy car.

There were several vehicles in the car rental lot, yet only the most costly vehicle was available for us.
We were told that someone else had cancelled, so we “were lucky to get this” vehicle.
Interestingly this Alamo Airport location had “only vehicle one left”.
We reserved a car two months in advance and when we got there they said they did not have any cars. They are very good at taking reservations. It's the holding that they have trouble with, and that's really the most important part.
We were stranded at the Medford airport due to cloudy weather and needed a rental car.
And because it was the only vehicle left we had to get it at the rate of $101.00 per day.
