Called them and was rerouted to the gubernational number. Made my claim waited 45 min for EMERGENCY SERVICE and they never came. Called the gubernational number again and they dropped my service request and had to wait another 45min.. Not my driver's fault! Just really bad customer service and coordination on AAA as a whole.
Just have the forms filled out ahead of time
If I could give zero stars I would. This last week has been a nightmare and AAA has only made it worse. It started by my fiancé hitting a deer and totaling his car while towing a trailer on our way from Utah to Oregon. My fiancé had to be at an interview in Medford at 7am so he left me with his card and when I called back they refused to talk to me. So I had to have my mother-in-law make an AAA account for me. I then waited 12 hours, from around 2am until 2pm, for them to even get me off the side of the road. Then they refused to tow me further than about 56 miles. Now I've been stranded in a town called Yreka for a week trying to figure out where we go next. And now that we finally have a place to go they are refusing to tow the trailer even though we have 100mile RV and trailer towing. Absolutely rediculous. I would NOT reccommend them to ANYONE that I even remotely like as they will only cause you more stress and headaches in times of need.
