I went here while I was on a trip to find some small parts for repairing my travel trailer. I didn't know what to expect, but I found their parts store to have a great selection of items (I found what I needed). I give it 5 stars because the folks in the department were really helpful and friendly. I didn't use their service department, but it looked like they were a fully capable of handling any issues on any type of RV. I didn't talk to anyone in sales, but they appeared to have a pretty good selection of new and used trailers and RVs. Great local alternative to Camping World if you find yourself in Medford, Oregon with RV trouble.

Large selection. Over-priced, but a nice facility
Avoid the female parts manager like the plague. Incredibly rude. We called about a part that they said was in stock but wasn't and it went downhill from there. We are getting our rv ready to sell and would Never purchase from a company that supports such rude manager. There was a nice parts guy who helped my husband find something but the manager should not be working with the public.
